We are committed to ensuring all artworks arrive safely and in excellent condition, wherever they are being delivered. Orders are shipped using trusted and reliable carriers, selected based on the size, value, and destination of each artwork.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Australian orders are shipped via one of the following providers:
- Australia Post
- Pack & Send (used for larger, framed, or high-value works)
The shipping method is selected to ensure secure and efficient delivery.
Once an order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email.
International Shipping
International orders are welcome. We work with trusted international couriers, including DHL, to ship both original artworks and prints worldwide.
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout. For larger or framed artworks, customers may be contacted after purchase to confirm details or receive a custom shipping quote.
Please note that customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
Dispatch Times
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 7–10 business days.
Made-to-order, framed, or bespoke works may require additional production time. Please refer to individual product descriptions for estimated lead times.
Packaging
All artworks are professionally packed using protective materials to ensure safe transit.
If special shipping arrangements are required (such as signature on delivery or a preferred courier), please contact the studio prior to placing an order.
Each artwork is created with care and intention. Due to the nature of original, limited edition, and made-to-order artworks, all sales are final.
Final Sale Policy
Returns or refunds are not accepted for:
- Original artworks
- Limited edition or open edition prints
- Made-to-order products
- Framed artworks
- Gift cards or digital products
Customers are encouraged to choose carefully before purchasing. If further information is required regarding colour, scale, materials, or suitability for a space, enquiries are welcomed prior to purchase.
Damaged Items
All reasonable precautions are taken to ensure artworks arrive safely. In the event that an order is damaged in transit, the studio must be notified within 7 days of receipt.
To assist with a damage claim, please provide:
- Clear photographs of the damaged artwork
- Photographs of the packaging (including any external damage)
- The order number and a brief description of the issue

Incorrect Items
If an incorrect item is received or a packing error has occurred, please contact the studio within 7 days of delivery so the issue can be resolved promptly.
Colour & Variation Disclaimer
Colours may vary slightly from what appears on screen due to lighting conditions and screen calibration. Minor variations in colour or texture are not considered faults and are not grounds for a refund.
Custom & Commissioned Work
Due to their highly personal and made-to-order nature, custom and commissioned artworks are non-refundable, unless damaged in transit.
Clients are engaged throughout the custom artwork process to ensure clarity and alignment. By proceeding with a commission, the client acknowledges and accepts the artist’s interpretation and style.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors and customers. By accessing or using this website, users agree to be bound by these Terms. The Terms may be updated at any time, and continued use of the website indicates acceptance of any changes.
2. Products & Descriptions
Every effort is made to ensure product details, descriptions, and pricing are accurate. However, minor variations may occur. All artworks remain the intellectual property of Anthony Pieters (Artem Patet) and may not be reproduced without written permission.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase and is processed through secure third-party platforms such as Stripe.
4. Shipping & Delivery Delivery
timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to location, courier delays, or external factors. The studio is not responsible for customs charges, import taxes, or delays caused by postal or courier services.
5. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or an error has occurred on the studio’s part. Damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
6. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, text, branding, and content displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Anthony Pieters / Artem Patet and are protected under Australian and international copyright laws.
Purchasing an artwork does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, or use the image for commercial purposes.
Unauthorised use includes, but is not limited to:
- Copying or distributing artwork images without written consent
- Using artwork images for commercial purposes without licensing
- Altering or creating derivative works without permission
Collectors may display purchased artworks and share images for personal, non-commercial use, provided appropriate credit is given (e.g. tagging @anthonypietersartist).
7. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and is used solely for order processing, communication, and marketing where consent has been provided.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of this website or the purchase of products.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
